Service Terms

The information on this website describes our services generally and is not a binding proposal. Scope, deliverables, pricing, usage allowances, ownership, hosting and timelines are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Where this page and your written scope differ, your written scope governs.

What you are buying

Get Local Presence is an ongoing service, not a one-time website purchase. Your monthly plan covers the initial website build, hosting, monthly improvements, and a full visual redesign every 24 months. The website is delivered and maintained as part of that service for as long as the service is active.

Billing

Plans bill monthly. Your first charge is prorated to your enrollment date, and the full monthly charge lands on the 9th of each month afterward. Payment is processed by Helcim. We do not see or store your card details.

A one-time setup fee of $350 applies to new enrollments.

Founding Rate

Founding Rate pricing is a limited introductory rate. If you enroll while it is offered, your monthly price stays at that rate for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, even after the published price increases. If you cancel, the Founding Rate ends with your subscription and is not available if you return later.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. To cancel, notify us by email at least 15 days before your next billing date. You are charged for the billing month already in progress, and nothing after that. Payments already made are not refundable, including the month in progress at the time you cancel.

What happens to your website if you cancel

Your domain is yours at all times, stays registered in your name, and can be pointed anywhere you choose. The website itself is part of the service and is taken offline when the service ends. We keep your site live for 30 days after your final paid month so you have time to arrange a replacement.

Access we need, and access we do not

We build your website on our own infrastructure. We do not require access to your existing website, content management system, or hosting account, and we do not require cooperation from your current web developer. The only change required on your side is pointing your domain to our servers, which the registered owner of the domain can do.

AI usage limits

The Growth + AI plan includes 60 minutes of AI phone answering per billing month. When that allowance is reached, the AI receptionist pauses until your next billing cycle. We do not bill overage without your prior written approval.

The sales chatbot is included for normal business use. Automated, abusive or programmatic traffic is not normal business use, and we may rate limit or suspend the chatbot if we see it. If your genuine volume consistently exceeds what the plan supports, we will tell you and offer options before making any change to your billing.

What we guarantee, and what we do not

We guarantee delivery of the agreed work: your website is built, hosted, kept current, and redesigned on the schedule described in your scope, and you can see what was done.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, lead volume or sales. Those depend on your market, competition, offer, pricing, reputation, response time and other factors outside a website's control. Any company that guarantees rankings or leads is not being straight with you.

Your content

You keep ownership of your brand, logo, photography, written content and customer data. You are responsible for having the right to use any material you give us to publish.
