Get Local Presence is a Rendimension brand. This policy covers the information we collect through this website, through our chat assistant, through our AI phone answering service, and when you enroll in a plan.
Information we collect
When you request a free website review: your name, business website, phone number, email address, the plan you expressed interest in, and basic campaign attribution such as which ad or search brought you here.
When you use the chat assistant: the messages you send, and any contact details you choose to provide in the conversation.
When you enroll in a plan: your business name, contact name, email, phone and billing address. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.
When you call a number we operate for AI phone answering: the call may be transcribed so the business you are calling receives an accurate message.
How we use it
To evaluate your website and return your review, to contact you about that review, to deliver and support the service you have paid for, to send billing confirmations, and to improve our own marketing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, each only for the purpose described:
Helcim processes payments and stores card details. Brevo sends transactional and marketing email. Netlify hosts this website and receives standard server request data. OpenAI powers the chat assistant and processes the messages you send to it. Vapi powers AI phone answering and processes call audio. Google provides analytics and search performance data in aggregate.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and chat records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and answer questions about prior conversations. Customer billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar storage for basic functionality and to understand how visitors find and use it. We do not run third party advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and unsubscribing does not affect billing or service emails for an active plan.
Children
This service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
